(Oral) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash FIR No. 271 dated 23.03.2017 under Sections 498A/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Jind City, District Jind. Mr. P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that cancellation report has already been prepared.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
