Main Case By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer is made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.64, dated 10.04.2022, under Sections 307, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B of IPC (Sections 326 and 325 of IPC added later on vide DDR No.30, dated 17.05.2022), registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. By pointing out towards the statements of the injuredwitnesses Gurpiar Singh, Mohinder Singh and Ranjit Singh as Annexures P-12 to P-14 as made by them during trial, it is contended by learned SARITA RANI 2023.11.07 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/order

CRM-39355-2023 in/and CRM-M-15079-2023 - 2 - counsel for the petitioner that none of them have attributed any injury to the petitioner.

The aforesaid position is not refuted either by learned State counsel or by the counsel for the complainant. Co-accused Manpreet Singh @ Ghona has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2023 passed in CRMM-33739-2023. As per custody certificate placed on record by learned State counsel, petitioner is in custody for the last 01 year, 06 months and 02 days, with no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, but without commenting anything on the merits of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail. He is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.

Allowed.
