(Oral) Petitioner has filed by the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 to 3, to give clearance to him in case FIR No.133 dated 20.9.2015, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 354-A and 149 IPC, Ludhiana and to enable him to go abroad as the FIR stands cancelled.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh, has informed that the cancellation report has been prepared and the same has been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate on 27.10.2016 and now the complainant has been summoned for 15.03.2017. In view of above facts, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
