*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioners are aggrieved because the Sanad was allegedly issued without effecting service upon them.

Considering the fact that equally efficacious remedy of filing a revision under Section 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 is available, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned. In case an issue of limitation arises, the same shall be considered sympathetically.
