(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to arrest respondents No. 4 to 13 in FIR No. 119 dated 02.07.2015, under Sections 341/323/148/149 IPC at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur as no headway has been made in the said FIR and respondents Nos. 4 to 13 are pressurizing the petitioner and his family members to compromise the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has a decree for permanent injunction in respect of immovable property. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 08.07.2015 (Annexure P-8) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur in this regard.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation Annexure P-8, which he has already filed before respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur.
