Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to satisfy this Court that the petitioner has already transmitted the amount of Rs.13 lacs and that whether the petitioner is ready to return the remaining amount of Rs.33 lacs to the complainant on complainant returning cheques issued in context to said amount.

Adjourned to 14.9.2015."

Today, counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
