       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.28 dated 04.03.2021, registered under Section 21(c) NDPS Act and Section 29 NDPS Act (added later on), at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot Vide order dated 14.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harnek Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.07.11 18:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
