Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Surrender, submits that representation dated 20.03.2023 (Annexure P-2), said to have been submitted by the petitioner has not been received so far in the office of respondent No.2, Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad. In case, any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be looked into expeditiously and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken.
