The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 29.03.2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 376, 406, 34 IPC at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat.

By an order dated 27.06.2018 while noting that the matter had been compromised between the parties, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Santosh submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and a compromise has arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 27.06.2018 granting interim bail to the PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.01.20 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
