*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 06.04.2009 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Collector, Rewari, impugned order dated 30.10.2014 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Commissioner, Gurgaon and impugned order dated 01.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Financial Commissioner, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that respondent No.5, namely, Chaman Lal was proceeded ex parte. He submits that remand of the case has been upheld by the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana by way of the impugned order dated 01.03.2024. He has submitted that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the only grievance of the petitioner is that after the remand, the learned Assistant Collector should decide the case in accordance with law expeditiously. On asking of the Court, Ms. Upasna Dhawan, AAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise their pleas before the competent authority after the remand in accordance with law. However in the facts and circumstances of the case, the Competent authority concerned is directed to decide the partition proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
