A perusal of the file reveals that no stay was granted regarding the termination.

Learned State counsel refers to paras 1 and 2 of the preliminary objections dated 25.11.2003 filed on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 4 and 6, wherein it has been stated that according to enquiry report, the petitioner belongs to Rai Sikh Caste, which is declared only as Backward Class. 4.
