Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioners to challenge the summoning order by way of criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at first instance. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case, the criminal revision petition along with an application for condonation of delay is filed within 15 days of passing of this Court then the application for condonation of delay shall be considered in view of the fact that present petition has been filed before this Court.
