(Oral) Pursuant to notice of motion, learned State counsel has sought instructions and has informed that the petitioner's husband was arrested on 22.3.2023 in connection to lodging of FIR No. 21, dated 21.3.2023, Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala, under Sections 379, 398, 401, 411 IPC. In view of the aforestated position, it cannot be strictly said that the detention of petitioner's husband is illegal. However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by his detention in connection with the aforesaid FIR, it shall always be open to him to have MOHAN SINGH 2023.03.24 15:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
