Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the investigating agency and thereafter apply for regular bail. In case petitioner surrenders as aforesaid within ten days from today, the investigating agency shall be at liberty to seek his police remand. Any bail application moved by the petitioner after his surrender shall be decided by the trial court expeditiously in any case not later than five days.
