#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Umed Singh and Baljit @ Balbir in case FIR No.328 dated 06.09.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Jind under Sections 302/323 IPC.    have been released on interim bail, which is not controverted by learned State counsel.

Since the petitioners in the light of allegations were earlier held innocent during investigations and subsequently with the exercise of powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. have been summoned and thus, are not required for investigational purposes and in view of which the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.07.2015 is made absolute subject to compliance under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $  "
