Prayer made in the present petition is to promote the petitioners, as per the seniority determined on the basis of continuous length of service. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the seniority has now been revised on 29.05.2024 and 05.08.2024, in wake of which, the petitioners may represent to the respondents and their claim shall be decided. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The matter stands disposed of accordingly and in case, the petitioners submit the representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
