(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to grant timings in the joint time table in respect of the modified route permit No.324/REG/97/MOD/21 issued to the petitioner on 06.03.2022. Grievance of the petitioner is that despite the aforesaid permit having been issued to the petitioner for the route Moga to Romana Pul via Baghapurana, Theraj, Baghta, Baja Khana, the same has not been done despite a legal notice dated 01.01.2023 served upon respondent No.3.
