(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 07.09.2020 vide which in CWP No.13463 of 2020, it was directed that in the meantime, the petitioner shall be provisionally "considered" for the promotion to the post of Master keeping in view the consolidated seniority list.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Director Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, is on record, according to which a detailed speaking order dated 11.05.2022 has been passed and while considering the case of the petitioner, it is found that he is not eligible. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Disposed of.
