(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 for renewal of permit No.28/Reg/SC/F/88 for the route Bhagta to Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that now tax default has been cleared and No Due Certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 06.02.2023, therefore the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2023 and legal notice dated 01.03.2023 are required to be considered by the respondent No.3 in continuation of the earlier application dated 16.10.2001 for renewal of permit No.28/Reg/SC/F/88 for the POONAM BHATT 2023.03.27 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original
