(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to grant regular timings to the petitioner to operate its valid route permit No.03/Reg/SC/RTA/BTI/22 issued on 06.01.2022 for the route Zira to Bathinda via Kot Ise Khan, Moga and Gholia. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nonissuance of the time table on the aforesaid route has resulted in huge pecuniary losses to the petitioner on account of nonoperation of his buses on the aforesaid route for want of regular timings in the time table. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice dated 02.01.2023 is ordered to be decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions submits that the legal notice dated 02.01.2023 served upon the respondent No.3 shall be considered and decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
