(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to grant regular timings to the petitioner to operate his valid route permit issued to him on 07.03.2022 on the route leading from Jhugian to Kanakwal Punjab Border via Garshanker, Nawanshahar, Phillor, Ludhiana, Mullanpur, Raikot, Barnala, Bathinda, Ghatwali Takhtamal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite grant of the aforesaid legal permit, regular timings have not been fixed and the petitioner is suffering loss on daily basis. Petitioner has also served a legal notice dated 28.12.2022 upon POONAM BHATT 2023.03.27 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his claim arising out of the legal notice dated 28.12.2022 is ordered to be decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions submits that the legal notice of the petitioner dated 28.12.2022 shall be considered on legal parameters and will be decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
