(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that challan is already presented in this case and the trial is pending, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition seeking direction to the respondents No. 1 to 5 regarding the status of non-arrest of accused in the FIR No. 143 dated 22.08.2021 as the same has become infructuous. So far as the other prayer regarding change of semen sample of the accused is concerned, he will seek appropriate remedy before the trial Court.
