(Oral) Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80 dated 06.07.2016 under Sections 493 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. As is evident from the record that the petitioner had made physical relations with the complainant on the pretext of marrying her. He has also prepared the video regarding the said act and threatened her to place the same on the internet. By doing so, he exploited the life of the complainant.

Therefore, very serious and direct allegations are assigned to the petitioner and his custodial interrogation is essential. The police is yet to Naresh Kumar 2016.08.17 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh interrogate him and to collect the evidence.

CRM-M-25526-2016 -2In the light of aforesaid reasons, taking into consideration the the allegations of offences against the petitioner and without commenting further anything on merits, the instant petition for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed.

Needless to mention that nothing observed, here-in-above would reflect on merits of the main case, in any manner, during the course of trial.
