RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J . (Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent-Authorities to order further investigation without seeking permission of the Court, after presentation of the final police report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions. Notice of motion was issued.

A short reply by way of affidavit dated 05.11.2015 filed in the Court today is taken on record and copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State while referring to the communication dated 10.08.2015 (R.1) annexed with the reply, submits that since further investigation has been closed in favour of the petitioner, instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner

CRM-M-24604 of 2015 #2# fairly states that the present petition may be disposed of in view of the statement made by the learned state counsel.
