Ms. Rashmi Attri, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and that the entire amount in question has been paid by the petitioner to the complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the Trial Court also recorded the statement of the complainant as regards the compromise effected with the petitioner Dr. Om Parkash Sharma and pursuant to the said compromise the offence in question being compoundable, the petitioner has been ordered to be discharged vide order dated 5.9.2019.
A copy of the said order has been today furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record.
