Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to conduct proper and fair investigation in case FIR No. 46 dated 31.07.2020 registered under Sections 376-D, 120-B and 506 IPC; Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2008 and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Women Police Station, District Palwal against respondents No. 6 to 9.

Upon notice, reply dated 23.07.2021, already filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Satyander Kumar, HPS Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, on behalf of respondent-No. 4, is taken on record. Perusal of the reply shows that after registration of the aforesaid FIR, investigation was conducted by the police. During the course of investigation, accused, namely, Vakil S/o Nawab, Salim S/o Haji Mohd. RISHU KATARIA 2023.07.07 17:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-16872-2021 -2- 2023:PHHC:084626 (respondent No. 6 herein) and Rakmuddin S/o Shamshuddin (respondent No. 10 herein) were arrested, and Ejaj S/o Tahib is left and police is trying to arrest him.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as per averments made in the reply, investigation in the FIR has already been completed and the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the abovesaid facts.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be issued in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
