**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking quashing of FIR No.46 dated 25.03.2021 registered at Police Station Women, District Ludhiana, under Sections 406 and 498-A of IPC.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the matter has been amicably settled. They are staying together and they are going to file a petition seeking quashing of impugned FIR on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties.
