(Oral) The present petition is for seeking directions to the respondentState to constitute an independent SIT for fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 115 dated 09.12.2016, under Sections 376-D, 328, 348, 384, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Sonipat, Haryana.

After arguing vehemently for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
