NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kirpal Singh, Police Station, Satnali, District Mohindergarh, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 19.08.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation; the charge-sheet (challan) has been presented and after commitment of the case even the charges have been framed, therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
