2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J These two petitions bearing Crl.Misc.No.M-24628 of 2015 (Saurav Kapoor Vs. State of Punjab and another) and Crl.Misc.No.M-24648 of 2015 (Saurav Kapoor Vs. State of Punjab and another) are being disposed of together, vide this common order, because both are identical petitions. Learned counsel for the accused-respondent no.2 in both the petitions submits that in compliance of the orders dated 11.8.2015 and

25.8.2015 passed by this court, accused has brought another amount of ` 25000/- each to be paid to the complainant-petitioner namely; Saurav Kapoor and let both these petitions be disposed of accordingly. Faced with the above, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that let both these petitions be disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent no.2-accused on their paying the amount of ` 25000/- each. In addition, he submits that the amount of ` 2,50,000/- deposited by each of the accused namely; Nitin Dawar and Rajan Sharma with the Registrar (J) of this court may be ordered to be released in favour of the complainant-petitioner. The above said amount of ` 25,000/- has been paid by learned counsel for respondent no.2 to the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and the same has been handed over to the complainant-Saurav Kapoor, who is present in the court.

In addition to the above, Registrar (J) of this court is directed that the amount of ` 2,50,000/-, which was deposited by Nitin Dawar (respondent no.2 in CRM No.M-24628 of 2015) in compliance of the order dated 18.5.2015 passed by this court in CRM No.M-9627 of 2015 be released in favour of the complainant-petitioner herein Sh. Saurav Kapoor against proper receipt. Similarly, Registrar (J) of this court shall release another amount of ` 2,50,000/- deposited by the second accused namely; Rajan Sharma (respondent no.2 herein in CRM No.M-24648 of 2015) in compliance of the order dated 18.5.2015 passed in CRM No.M-9730 of 2015 in favour of the present petitioner namely; Saurav Kapoor-complainant.

With the above said observations made and directions issued,both the petitions stand disposed of.
