******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-25129-2017 This is application for placing on record documents Annexures P-12 to P-15, which are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 74 dated 29.06.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Heard.

-2Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 24.07.2017, petitioner has prepared drafts in the name of complainant, copies of which has been supplied to the Investigating Officer.

Keeping in view the fact that the order dated 24.07.2017 has been complied, this petition is allowed and the order dated 24.07.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court (iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.

(v) the amount of drafts will be deposited by the complainant with Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhuri within three weeks with details about the persons to whom the payment is to be made and copy of detail shall be given to Investigating Officer for verification. On receipt of amount, learned SDJM, Dhuri will deposit the same in fix deposits with some nationalized Bank for payment to the complainant. On the application filed by complainant before learned SDJM, Dhuri amount of his share with interest

-3shall be released in their favour. Non-compliance of this order shall result in withdrawal of this order w.e.f. 18.10.2017 and petitioner shall be taken in custody forthwith.
