(Oral) It is submitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh that after completion of investigations, the police has submitted cancellation report against petitioner Sanjay Kumar Sethi which could not be documentarily refuted by counsel for the complainant. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

However, in view of submissions of counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner might be again arrested on the same very allegations denying him his legitimate right to avail his legal recourse, it is directed that Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2016.09.05 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
