Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 29.07.2015 issued by this Court, the petitioners did appear before learned Summoning Court and were admitted to ad-interim bail vide order dated 05.08.2015. In support of his contention, he has produced the certified copy of the order passed by learned Court below, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh, Police Station, Nuh, District Mewat, also admits the fact that the petitioners had appeared before learned Summoning Court and were admitted to ad-interim bail. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions dated 29.07.2015 issued by this Court are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to appear before the Summoning Court on each date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
