(ORAL) Learned State counsel filing status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Harpreet Singh, DeputySuperintendent of Police, Ajnala, District Amritsar (Rural) along with custody certificate submits that the petitioner did not comply with order dated 17.10.2018, whereby he was directed to join the investigation before the SIT on 22.10.2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar (Rural), failing which, this petition shall be dismissed for want of prosecution. In view of the observation made in previous order qua dismissal of petition for want of prosecution, in case of non joining of investigation before the SIT on the said date and time, instant petition is liable to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 17.10.2018 as well as for want of prosecution.
