REKHA MITTAL, J. (Oral) Status report filed by way of affidavit of Anil Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kosli, District Rewari on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 filed in the Court is taken on record. A relevant extract from the affidavit aforesaid, reads as follows:- "4.

That even in her complaint dated 08.04.2015 appended to the present petition as Annexure P2 she did not named the respondent No.10 and 11 nor did she do so in representation dated 25.02.2016 addressed to the Director General of Police, Haryana appended along with the present petition as Annexure P3.

That the respondents placed at Sr. No.6, 8 and 9 are residing in Bahrain. The local police had initiated the proceedings of extradition qua them way back in the year 2015. As a matter of procedure, the extradition requests are handled by the State Government and are routed through the Superintendent concerned through the State Government and thereafter to the Ministry of Home Affairs Mohd. CRM No.M-25566 of 2016 and then the case is taken up by the Ministry of External Affairs in compliance with the existing guidelines. The extradition formalities are being complied with and are expected to be concluded soon.

That the local police during the course of investigation of the present case has already arrested the respondent No.7 on 12.02.2016. Consequent upon her arrest the final report dated 14.11.2016 was put in Court of competent jurisdiction qua her. She was charge-sheeted for having committed offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

That the trial Court has already recorded the statement of prosecution witnesses as well as the statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and now the case has been posted for 05.05.2017 for the purpose of defence evidence if any and arguments."

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
