Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.321 dated 12.11.2024, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sohana, SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2.

Vide order dated 12.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Surjeet Singh, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
