State of Punjab and another ......Respondents ...
CORAM :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK ...

1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?
2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J It is a matter of record that the petitioner has not availed his equally efficacious remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order. No reason, much less cogent reason has been assigned, as to why the petitioner has not availed the remedy of revision, at the first instance. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, relegating the petitioner to his equally efficacious remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order, with further liberty to the petitioner to approach this court again, if necessity arises.
9.10.2015 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) GS JUDGE GREESH SAHNI 2015.10.12 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
