AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) As per telephonic instructions, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submitted that petitioner has been permitted to join on the post of SDO 'OP', Sub Division Murthal, therefore, cause of action arose no longer subsists.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition if aforesaid assertion made by learned State counsel is found incorrect.
