Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that similar issue has already been decided by this Court in CWP No. 21562-2020, titled as Heena Talwar vs. UT Chandigarh and Ors., on 22.02.2024, and as such, the present petition may be disposed of accordingly. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
