**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner who is an orphanage and was adopted by her paternal aunt namely Gurvinder Kaur, who was unmarried and was the permanent resident of England. In order to grab the property of the bua of the petitioner, father-in-law of the petitioner solemnized the marriage of his son with the petitioner in the year 2005. The bua of the petitioner was also murdered by her in-laws family and now they are torturing the petitioner to transfer the property in their name. Petitioner is apprehending that she will also be murdered by her in-laws family.

The precise grievance of petitioner is now that her life and liberty be protected from the private respondents, as now they are GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.01 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-25590 of 2016 threatening the petitioner with dire consequences and pressurizing the petitioner to transfer the property. The representations (P-1 and P-2) in this regard is also pending with the police.
