Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 17.01.2020 (P-9), whereby complaint was disposed off by the State Information Commission.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed; therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
