CRM-M No. 25673 of 2018 -2conceding that as a result of completion of investigation, challan has been filed against Jaspal Singh - husband of the deceased, whereas his parents Mohan Singh @ Mohni, referred to as Mohan Lal in the FIR and Smt. Charan Kaur @ Charno -present petitioners, have been found to be innocent and their names have been mentioned in column No.2 of the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. In that way, the petitioners are not required by the local police. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly. Dismissed being infructuous.
