Saini, Advocate for the petitioner(s). *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to rejoin as Patwari as his right of lien subsists in the parent Department as per Rules 28, 29 and 30 of Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- Commissioner, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Haryana, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure P-6), after after taking into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in Inder Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-30823-2025 (decided on 06.11.2025) (P-8) and providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
