NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh, Police Station, City, SBS Nagar, Punjab, submits that at present the petitioner is not required in any case except FIR No.80, dated 17.05.2015, Police Station, City, SBS Nagar, which is under investigation and the petitioner is on bail. He further submits that the petitioner would not be called to the police station without taking recourse to Section 160, Cr.P.C. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
