(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2, not to call at the Police Headquarters, Barnala on the complaint of private respondents, as the detailed enquiry has already been conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Divsion Nawanshahar.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Amarjit Singh, submits that the Superintendent of Police (Headquarter) Barnala has conducted an enquiry and as per the enquiry report dated 13.06.2019, the same is recommended to be filed and the petitioners are no more required for any further investigation in the present case. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
