The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.302, dated 16.10.2018, Police Station Punhana, District Nuh, Haryana, under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

On one of the previous dates, it has been submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Mr. J.K. Goel, Advocate representing the complainant is present alongwith Mr. Akhil Garg son of Sunil Kumar (respondent No.2/complainant), who has admitted the factum of compromise and has stated that the complainant has no objection for grant of bail.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Govind Parsad, has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court on 3.5.2019, the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation.
