Learned counsel for the petitioner states that neither the petitioner has come forward to file his affidavit with regard to his assets/liabilities in terms of the judgment in Rajnesh Vs. Neha & Anr. [2021(2) SCC 324; 2020(4) RCR (Criminal) 879] as directed vide order dated 26.07.2022 nor has he come forward to deposit the fifty percent amount of the arrears which is outstanding.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. It is so ordered. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 19.07.2023 (ALKA SARIN) parkash JUDGE NOTE:
