Learned counsel for the petitioner states that neither the petitioner has come forward to file his affidavit with regard to his assets/liabilities in terms of the judgment in Rajnesh Vs. Neha & Anr. [2021(2) SCC 324; 2020(4) RCR (Criminal) 879] as directed vide order dated 26.07.2022 nor has he come forward to deposit the fifty percent amount of the arrears which is outstanding.
