**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned senior counsel for petitioner No.2 submits that he has got no instructions to argue the matter on behalf of petitioner No.1. He further submits that nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner No.1. However, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition on behalf of petitioner No.2 namely Sanjeev Gulati, with liberty to file fresh one.
In view of the above statement made by learned senior counsel for petitioner No.2, coupled with the fact that nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner No.1, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of both the petitioners, with liberty to them to file separate petitions, if so advised.
