ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.75 dated 13.07.2015, registered under Sections 420, 406, 380 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bahaw Wala, District Fazilka. The operative part of the order dated 05.07.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the co-accused of the petitioners namely Rajeev Kumar, has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.12.2017 passed in CRM-M No.47403 of 2017 and the same was confirmed on 25.01.2018. It is further submitted that the dispute between the parties is a civil dispute with regard to payment of money and a perusal of the FIR show that there was business dealings between the parties starting from the year 2010 onwards. CRM-M No.25701 of 2018 Gurdeep Singh, has submitted that the petitioner be directed to join the investigation.

List again on 12.11.2018...."

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 05.07.2018, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Munshi Ram, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 05.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
