The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the property, life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.5 to 9.

As per the reply filed by the learned State counsel the petitioner is stated to be residing at her parental house and she does not require any security.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 4.
